Preshrinking Fusible Interfacings
Woven and non-woven fusible interfacings often
shrink during the fusing process. To preshrink interfacings,
fill a large metal or glass bowl with hot tap water and immerse
the interfacing. Leave it in the bowl until the water is room
temperature. Remove and carefully blot to remove excess water.
Do not wring interfacing as this may cause the adhesive dots
to shift.
