Activity-Enhanced Nutrition Education Lessons
Fun-packed
lessons teach nutrition while keeping students physically active
in P.E. classes. These 30-minute lessons for first and second
grade students build the base for our six-week series delivered
in third and fourth grades. As schools work to implement their
Nutrition and Physical Activity Plans and prepare students for
WASL testing on Health and Fitness EALRs, these lessons help
students become familiar with basic nutrition concepts.
