Pesticide Licensing
WSU Kitsap Extension now provides testing for WSDA Private Applicator Licenses. Private Applicators are defined as "a person who applies or supervises the application of any pesticide through chemigation equipment or a restricted use pesticide on land owned or rented by him or his employer for the purpose of producing an agricultural commodity."
Hours of testing are from 8:30am-4:30pm (closed from 11:30am-12:30pm for lunch). If you wish to schedule a test for a private applicator license please call us at 360-337-7157.
Tests cost $35.00, payable by check or money order please.
Study materials required for this test is:
- MISC0126 Private Applicator Pesticide Education Manual; or
- MISC0126S Manual para Aplicadores Privados de Pesticidas
If you are unable to download the above materials, you can purchase them online or come to the Extension Office (please call ahead for stock availability). MISC0126 costs $14.66 (tax included), MISC0126S costs $15.75 (tax included). Check or money orders only please.
